Overview

User limits control who can connect to your app through Phantom. Your app starts in PRIVATE mode by default, allowing teams of up to 20 invited members to connect. Once Phantom approves your app, it can be set to PUBLIC mode where all users can connect.

DISABLED

Your app is disabled and no users can connect. When users attempt to connect, the SDK rejects the connection request.

PRIVATE

Only invited team members can connect to your app, up to a maximum of 20 members. This is the default mode after you configure your app in Phantom Portal. Inviting team members:
  • You must explicitly invite team members through Phantom Portal
  • Maximum of 20 team members allowed
  • When you try to invite a 21st member, the Portal shows an error
When a non-member tries to connect:
  • The connection is rejected
  • Users are shown an error page

PUBLIC

All users can connect to your app. This mode is only available after Phantom has reviewed and approved your app. Requirements:
  • Your app has passed Phantom’s security review
  • Spending limits are enabled
